Customer:  For the customer (the person who has a job to be completed); they simply upload the document to the site which results in a fixed price to complete the job.  The customer can accept or reject the price.  If the price is accepted, the job is then sent to a list of potential Providers (people with matching skill set to complete the job) and the first Provider to accept the job is given the job.  Potential Providers are selected based on their profile and rating history to ensure that the level of service and quality remains high.

Provider:  The Provider is a registered member of the site and has a profile with the appropriate skills as well as a track record of all work completed plus a rating by all customers whose work the provider completed.  Once a job is received that matches the skill set of a Provider, a list of Providers will receive an email invitation with the job details, payment amount, timeline etc.  If the Provider would like to complete the job within the parameters set, they simply click on the link provided in the email which directs them to the site where they can accept the job.  Once accepted, the job is removed from the queue of jobs to complete.  The provider must meet the parameters to maintain a high rating as well maintaining a high level of quality in workmanship to ensure that the rating stays high.  The lower the rating, the lower the number of invitations and the lower the price per job that the provider will be paid.

Rating System: Based on the Providers quality of work, speed in turnaround and overall effectiveness; Customers will be able to rate the Provider.  Providers with higher ratings will get priority invitations on jobs as well as higher job payments.  Job priority will be broken down into timelines of offers.  The higher the Provider Rating, the more lead-time they will have in responding to jobs.  In addition, the provider will earn more for each job based on his overall rating.
